Rarebirds Interiors start with welcoming you into our studio or an on-line meeting to understand your design dreams. We will discuss your project scope, the colours, materials and design influences that appeal to you, understanding where you are in your design journey. Viewing plans and photos of your property will enable us to present you with a comprehensive design proposal that explains our tailored design service in detail and the associated cost.

Design Concepts
Rarebirds Interiors craft individuality into each original design project, providing a full design professionals team or working alongside your own architectural team.
Our design team analyses your space and assesses what changes and interior enhancements can be created throughout your design journey.
Initial spatial planning, sketches, material and product suggestions along with inspirational images are curated in a digital document, presented with materiality in your second design meeting.
Design Development
Incorporating client feedback, the design team will expand on the preferred design direction, fine tune the spatial planning, confirm the colours, finishes, fittings and products with the objective of crafting an exceptional final design for you.
Detailed plans and elevations are presented and discussed ensuring all aspects of the project’s brief are designed with detailed consideration and open to client input.
Design Documentation
Once the planning, designs, and specifications are approved, our scope within your project will be costed, and formal digital documentation created. When spend levels and design align, we provide stunning renders for you to visualise your project.
On completion of this stage of the design journey, our clients will have complete CAD files, formal product schedules, and costings for the engaged design envelope.
Design Management
Rarebirds Interiors are able to support your design journey through to complete installation. We can work with your architect and trades team to deliver the design outcomes we have created for you.
Alternatively, Rarebirds Interiors can provide a complete, experienced and reliable team of design & trade professionals appropriate for your project, managing every stage on & off site with client communication a priority.
We can procure selected furniture, accessories and artwork, oversee production of bespoke pieces and ensure all is placed with consideration in every room of your project.
